Remedial reburial of the 28km shore connection export cable (150kV) at Prinses Amaliawindpark; utilised cable lay vessel CS Recorder.
CWind (part of Global Marine Group) carried out a remedial export cable reburial campaign at Prinses Amaliawindpark’s grid connection, using its cable lay vessel CS Recorder. The work addressed reduced burial depth caused by seabed movement and aimed to restore protection and maintain compliance with permit requirements for the ~28 km 150 kV shore connection export cable installed in 2007. The project was completed in approximately three weeks for Eneco as operator.
