Terms of Service — Individual User Licence Terms

AgentZero Market Intelligence Platform

These terms apply to individual subscriptions to the AgentZero platform. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Licence

Your subscription provides a single-user licence to access the Platform. This means:

  • access is for one person only,
  • your account is personal to you,
  • the subscription may not be shared with others.

The licence is limited, non-transferable, and provided for your personal professional use.

2. Account Sharing

You may not:

  • share your login details,
  • allow colleagues or third parties to use your account,
  • rotate access between multiple people.

If we reasonably believe an account is being shared, we may suspend or restrict access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Platform content to:

  • read research and analysis,
  • support your own learning or professional decision-making,
  • reference insights internally within your own work.

4. Restrictions

Without written permission, you may not:

  • redistribute reports or data,
  • publish Platform content online,
  • send full reports to others,
  • resell or commercially distribute insights,
  • upload Platform content into AI tools or automated research systems,
  • systematically copy or download large portions of the Platform,
  • create competing research or databases using Platform content.

5. Consultancy or Client Use

Individual subscriptions are for personal use only. They do not permit:

  • sharing research with clients,
  • including reports in paid advisory work,
  • redistributing analysis commercially.

Business or client-facing use may require a different licence.

6. Intellectual Property

All research, data, reports, and materials available on the Platform remain the property of AgentZero. Your subscription gives access rights only — it does not transfer ownership.

7. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unless cancelled before renewal:

  • subscriptions renew automatically.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or improve features from time to time.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, including account sharing or misuse of content.

11. Disclaimer

Platform content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, investment, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentZero is not liable for business decisions or losses arising from use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
