Onshore construction for the Naxos 150 kV gas-insulated substation, part of the Cyclades Interconnection 2nd Phase closing the loop between Paros, Naxos and Mykonos, began in 2018 under an EPC contract executed by the ELECTROMEC SA – NARI Group Corporation consortium for IPTO to connect Naxos island to the Hellenic Electricity Transmission System.
