Under the Ostwind 2 export cable installation contract awarded by 50Hertz, Boskalis, working in consortium with NKT, planned to begin geotechnical surveys in 2019, using its Gardline subsidiary and other in-house vessels to investigate seabed conditions along the cable route to Lubmin.
