On 3 February 2010 a Ministerial Decree authorised C‑Power’s planned project adaptations for phases 2 and 3 of the Thornton Bank development, including a revised wind farm layout, reduced turbine numbers, adoption of 6 MW turbines, jacket foundations, and an extension of the concession area, thereby formally approving these changes within the permitting framework.
