By 9 March 2010, the THV Seawind consortium—comprising Fabricom, HSS, Pauwels and Iemants—had been appointed to design and construct the Belwind offshore high-voltage station (OHVS), a key element of the Belwind grid connection that collects 33 kV power from the turbines and interfaces with the 150 kV export cable to shore.
