In 2021 Belwind joined the Parkwind‑managed "Safe Link" cable repair framework, signing a five‑year agreement with a specialised cable contractor to provide preparedness services, execute repair works, and manage spare parts for the Belwind export and inter‑array cables. The framework, active since September 2021, is intended to ensure rapid offshore cable repair to minimise production losses and turbine idle time in case of cable failures.
