Primo Marine conducted a feasibility study (reported as undertaken in 2015) for a horizontal directional drilling (HDD) crossing associated with the submarine export cable section of the Yeu-Noirmoutier offshore wind grid connection (225 kV HVAC link from the offshore substation to the onshore grid).
