By 2 December 2019, First Subsea had manufactured and delivered a beach landing cable protection system, including clamps, bellmouth and cable protection, for the WindFloat Atlantic export cable landfall at Viana do Castelo, supplying REN and working within Hengtong’s export cable scope, with the cable itself installed by DeepOcean in June 2019.
