Description
Fichtner provided technical due diligence to support Ofgem’s analysis and assessment of the costs associated with developing and constructing the West of Duddon Sands Transmission Assets (OFTO). The work included an independent assessment of export cable supply and installation costs, cost analysis, review of the procurement process, contract strategy and risk management, and review of design philosophy and the offshore transmission asset.
