OX2 agreed to sell a 49% stake in its three Finnish offshore wind development projects Halla, Laine and Tyrsky, all located in the Gulf of Bothnia, to Ingka Investments, leaving OX2 as 51% owner and establishing a shared-development structure for the portfolio.
