Description
Sif Holding, in a joint venture with Smulders, was awarded a contract by Seaway Heavy Lifting to produce the foundations for Trianel Windpark Borkum II. Sif’s scope was to manufacture the monopiles and produce the primary steel for the transition pieces, with manufacturing of the foundation components scheduled for the first half of 2018.
