Description
Deutsche Offshore Consult GmbH (DOC) secured a contract to supervise the inter-array cable installation at the Trianel Windpark Borkum II offshore wind farm in Germany. DOC’s scope included overseeing cable loading and preparations for cable pull-ins at the substation and onboard the cable laying vessel Seaway Aimery, as well as supporting subsequent cable lay and burial works executed using Seaway Aimery and Seaway Moxie. Under the contract, DOC also handled quality assurance and communications with the onshore project office during cable laying, pull-in, termination, and testing activities.
