Substation Supplier Selected

For the Tahkoluoto offshore wind farm grid connection, including the Tahkoluoto Export HVAC export system, Suomen Hyötytuuli identified ABB Oy Power Grids as one of the project’s main cooperation partners with responsibility for the substation, providing the onshore substation interface to Pori Energia Sähköverkot’s grid. This confirms ABB’s formal role as substation supplier for the project by the time of the wind farm’s take-over celebrations.
