Bluestream Offshore

Bluestream Offshore (an OEG Energy subsidiary) was awarded a contract by TenneT to retrofit the corrosion protection system on the SylWin alpha offshore converter station for the SylWin1 offshore grid connection. The scope included decommissioning/removal of outdated cables and debris causing interference, conducting a pre-survey using an ROV-mounted multibeam sonar and visual inspections, and completing subsea works to route and secure new subsea cables through the J-tube and install/connect ICCP buoy-mounted anodes. The works also included installation of concrete mattresses for protection, followed by commissioning, functional testing and an as-left survey.
