Offshore Construction Start

IPTO’s 23 Dec 2019 press release on the Skiathos interconnection states that construction of the Mantoudi–Skiathos interconnection (including submarine cable works) will begin in January 2020 with a 20‑month implementation timeframe. A February 2020 Global Transmission summary notes the project is already "under implementation," consistent with that start window. On this basis, the offshore construction start is treated as having occurred approximately in January 2020.
