Samsø Havvind A/S transferred ownership of the Paludan Flak (Samsø South) offshore wind farm to Wind Estate A/S. A conditional transfer agreement between the two companies was signed on 1 July 2018, and the transfer was finally completed following approval by the Danish Energy Agency on 11 April 2019, after which Wind Estate took over operation of the wind farm as its first offshore asset.
