The Danish Energy Agency (Energistyrelsen) granted an establishment permit on 13 December 2001 for the Paludan Flak offshore wind farm, authorising construction of 10 wind turbines with a total capacity between 20 and 30 MW and a 30 kV subsea export cable to shore.
