In the 25 April 2002 contract for the Samsø Offshore Wind Co. project at Paludan Flak, Bladt Industries A/S was selected to fabricate the ten monolith steel foundations, each comprising 45-metre-long steel pipes totalling about 3000 tonnes of steel, to support the offshore turbines south of Samsø.
