On 25 April 2002, Samsø Offshore Wind Co. signed the final turnkey contract for the delivery and installation of ten offshore wind turbines and their foundations at the Paludan Flak site, appointing a consortium of Dredging International N.V., Hydro Soil Services N.V. and ABB New Ventures GmbH to carry out the overall construction works.
