Offshore Wind Consultants Limited (OWC) was employed by Transmission Capital Services Limited (TCS) to provide contingency planning and related technical consultancy services for OFTO assets managed by TCS, including TC Robin Rigg OFTO Limited. OWC’s scope included preparing cable repair and maintenance strategies, developing contract strategies for future maintenance contracts, and producing specifications and tender packages for the procurement of maintenance and repair services. OWC also developed detailed employer’s requirements for cable repair operations across different water depths and cable types.
