Description
Prysmian Group was awarded a turnkey contract by PEOPGL (Parc Eolien Offshore de Provence Grand Large) for the cable system connecting the Provence Grand Large floating wind farm to the French transmission grid operated by RTE near Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône. The scope covered design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of 66 kV EPR-insulated submarine cables (including dynamic inter-array cables and the export cable) and the associated underground land cable section, as well as supply of a permanent PRY-CAM monitoring system for the inter-array and export cable system.
