Resource Assessment

In September 1997, Dutch agency Novem completed and issued a feasibility study on developing and constructing a 100 MW offshore wind farm, concluding that such a project would be technically and economically viable provided appropriate subsidies were granted; this feasibility work formed the starting point for what later became Offshore Windpark Egmond aan Zee (OWEZ).
