Onshore Construction Start

According to the project’s 2008 implementation schedule, Pohjolan Voima planned that onshore construction works related to the Oulun-Haukiputaan offshore wind farm—such as civil works for grid connection infrastructure—could start at the earliest in 2012–2013, after the YVA procedure and required permits were obtained.
