According to IPTO’s Ten-Year Network Development Plan, Phase A of the North Aegean and Dodecanese interconnection programme – which includes the 150 kV HVAC link from the Nea Santa extra-high-voltage substation in Thrace to Lemnos (Limnos) – is planned to be completed by 2027, implying that this Thrace–Limnos interconnector is expected to be fully operational by that year.
