Tractebel was stated to have provided development-phase technical support to the Norther project, including assistance with wind farm development and the domain concession application file, follow-up of geotechnical site investigations, assistance during site investigations, and conducting risk assessment studies; this engineering and technical advisory support applied to the overall project infrastructure including the export connection.
