Description
Swan Hunter provided cable spooling and handling yard services for the Norther offshore wind farm export cable campaign in Vlissingen, the Netherlands, under a year-long contract with Van Oord. The scope included export cable load-in, interim storage and protection, export cable load-out to Van Oord’s cable-laying vessel, and transpooling/handling of spare array and export cable sections into storage baskets for long-term storage in Belgium.
