The site was originally in the 2026 auction round but was shifted to 2027 by Cabinet decision 28 January 2026 alongside five other sites. Site is paired with NordSee Energies 2 (TotalEnergies, N-11.2, already awarded June 2024) on the LanWin4 (NOR-11-2) 2 GW HVDC grid connection. No developer yet awarded.
