On 1 August 2024, BSH opened national public participation procedures under Sections 41 and 42 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act (UVPG) on the suitability assessment for sites N-10.1 and N-10.2 by publishing the drafts of the suitability assessment, suitability determination, and environmental report, with cross‑border participation starting on 6 August 2024 and an online discussion hearing held on 30 October 2024.
