Description

By 2016, IMDC, acting as Marine Consultant to Elia for the Modular Offshore Grid (MOG) in the Belgian North Sea, completed detailed desktop engineering for the position of the Offshore Switchyard (OSY) and the export cable routing, and carried out a Cable Burial Risk Assessment to advise on suitable burial depths for the MOG subsea cables, using seabed survey data as input to the cable and foundation design basis.
