Offshore civil works at the Middelgrunden shoal, including installation of the 20 concrete gravity-base turbine foundations in 4–8 metre water depths, were completed during the 2000 construction campaign, forming the substructures for the 40 MW Middelgrunden offshore wind farm just outside Copenhagen Harbour.
