The Secretary of State for Trade and Industry made the Lynn Offshore Wind Farm Order 2003 on 29 October 2003, following consideration of objections and publication of the determination in the London Gazette, granting Transport and Works Act consent for the construction and operation of the Lynn Offshore Wind Farm and its associated authorised works.
