Description
VSMC (a joint VolkerWessels and Boskalis company) was awarded a contract by Van Oord Offshore Wind Projects bv to install and bury the Luchterduinen offshore wind farm’s 25 km export cable from the offshore site towards landfall. The works were planned to be executed using VSMC’s in-house Trenchformer burial tool and the cable-laying vessel Ndurance.
