Description
Jan De Nul Group, together with consortium partners LS Cable & System and Denys, signed contracts with TenneT for the 525 kV HVDC cable system package covering the BalWin4 and LanWin1 grid connections. For LanWin1, Jan De Nul’s scope included transport, offshore installation, burial, and protection of the offshore HVDC export cables, using specialised cable-laying assets including the Fleeming Jenkin XL cable-laying vessel.
