Description
McDermott International was awarded by TenneT for EPCI of the LanWin1 2 GW HVDC offshore converter platform, in consortium with GE Vernova. Scope includes design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the topside (~26,000 tonnes) and jacket substructure (~11,000 tonnes). Awarded 30 March 2023. Steel cutting for LanWin1 platform commenced February 2026.
