Vattenfall awarded HARCO Heavy Lifting a framework contract to provide main component exchange services across five UK offshore wind farms, explicitly including Kentish Flats Extension, for the 2022–2025 period. The scope covered exchange of major turbine components (including gearboxes, generators, main shafts, blades) and supply of hand tools, special tools and hydraulic tools used for component exchange operations.
