Description
Stantec Consulting was awarded a contract by TenneT to provide HVDC engineering support services for Dutch 2 GW offshore grid connections that included IJmuiden Ver Gamma. Stantec was selected as a backup/second-backup supplier within TenneT’s HVDC engineering support team structure, providing capability across HVDC system studies and performance testing support (Lot 1) and primary plant engineering and installation/commissioning support (Lot 2) as assignments are issued under the framework (total framework value EUR 7 million).
