Onss Commissioned

DELAYED +1yr (Apr 2026): The onshore substation commissioning milestone (onss_commissioned) was tied to 2029-12-01 DC Grid Readiness. TenneT’s 2GW Program page now gives IJmuiden Ver Beta a planned commissioning year of 2030, so the full grid connection, including the Maasvlakte interface, has slipped. With offshore export cable works also scheduled through 2030, keeping a 2029 onshore commissioning date is not credible; moving it to 2030 matches the revised commissioning year. --- TenneT’s June 2023 roadmap foresees that the IJmuiden Ver Beta grid connection, including the onshore converter/substation interface at Maasvlakte, will reach "Delivery of DC Grid Readiness" and commissioning of the grid connection by 1 December 2029, completing preparation and construction of the Alpha and Beta 2 GW offshore grid links.
