On 18 March 2019 Equinor opened the main public consultation on the Hywind Tampen Environmental Impact Assessment, emailing the oversendelsesbrev and full konsekvensutredning to a range of Norwegian authorities and stakeholders with a consultation deadline of 7 June 2019. The hearing collected comments from ministries, agencies, industry organisations and fisheries groups on the environmental and societal impacts of building and operating the floating wind park between the Snorre and Gullfaks fields.
