On 31 October 2019, Equinor awarded Subsea 7 Norway AS (Seaway 7) a contract for Hywind Tampen to install 11 inner-array cables and two export cables and to connect these electrical cables between the turbines and to the Snorre A and Gullfaks A platforms in the Norwegian North Sea.
