In August 2019, Norway’s low‑carbon project‑financing agency Enova approved up to NOK 2.3 billion of capital support for Equinor’s Hywind Tampen floating wind farm, helping to fund construction of the 11‑turbine project that will supply power to the Snorre and Gullfaks offshore oil and gas platforms in the Norwegian North Sea.
