Description
Origo Solutions was awarded a contract to develop and deliver the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system for the Hywind Scotland Pilot Park. The scope covered design, production, testing and commissioning, including control and data acquisition for five floating offshore wind turbines and the operation and control of the onshore substation. The system was supplied with Siemens technology and included an IEC 61850 interface for electrical control devices, plus interfaces to anchor monitoring, ballast systems, weather systems and other auxiliary systems.
