Hywind Scotland Limited held a statutory public pre-application consultation event in Peterhead on 20–21 May 2014, consisting of a public display and question-and-answer sessions with the Hywind project team, as required under the Marine Licensing (Pre-application Consultation) (Scotland) Regulations 2013. Following the event, a post-event consultation report was submitted to Marine Scotland as the relevant licensing authority.
