Onshore Construction Start

Following Marine Scotland’s consent and Statoil’s final investment decision for the 30 MW Hywind Scotland floating wind farm at Buchan Deep, The Crown Estate announced that preliminary onshore and near-shore works associated with the project were scheduled to commence later in 2016, enabling the start of construction activities near the Peterhead landfall and associated infrastructure.
