By August 2014 Optimat Limited had prepared a draft socio‑economic impact assessment report for Hywind (Scotland) Limited, analysing construction, operation, maintenance and decommissioning impacts of the planned five‑turbine floating wind farm east of Peterhead to inform the Environmental Statement for the consenting process.
