Cable Landfall Complete

As part of the completion of the 110 kV submarine cable project serving, among others, the Travna–Slatina route between Hvar and Korčula, Asso.subsea finished all cable landfall operations at the island landing sites, including those on Brač, Hvar and Korčula. The contractor reports that onshore pull‑in works and three consecutive landing activities were successfully executed despite steep coastal gradients, using preparatory works, HDD pipes at two sites, and specially designed rollers to bring the new cables ashore and secure the shore crossings.
