By the end of September 2020, Ørsted had completed a major landfall operation for the Hornsea 2 export cable system at Horseshoe Point beach in Lincolnshire, installing 2.4 km of cable towards the landfall site and reinstating the beach to its original condition after the cable pull-in works.
