Description
Ørsted agreed to provide Diamond Transmission Partners (DTP) with operations and maintenance services for the Hornsea One offshore transmission assets under a long-term agreement. The assets referenced in the transaction included the onshore substation at North Killingholme, the export cables, the offshore reactive compensation substation, and three offshore substations. This O&M scope therefore covered the onshore grid-connection substation and associated offshore transmission infrastructure that forms the Hornsea 1 OFTO link to the National Grid.
