Description
Techinova supplied the remote control equipment with Rakel communication for the new secondary substation on Stora Fjäderägg, which is part of Umeå Energi’s Holmön island cable system. The equipment enables the substation to be monitored and controlled from an operations centre, enhancing reliability and operational oversight for the island’s distribution network fed via the Holmön submarine cable connection.
