Description
Boskalis was awarded a contract by TenneT, in consortium with Orient Cables (NBO), that included installing a 9-kilometre-long 66 kV interconnector cable between the Hollandse Kust (west Alpha) and Hollandse Kust (west Beta) offshore substations. Boskalis’ scope included integrated in-house services such as UXO removal from the seabed, geotechnical and geophysical surveys, and seabed preparation works associated with the cable-laying and burial activities.
